Amy Caniglia has been licensed and active in Park County real estate since last century... well, since 1999! 11 years of consistent real estate experience exclusively in the Breckenridge/Alma area has helped her learn these mountains and, more importantly, this real estate market. Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships has been the key to her success, as many of her leads come from previous clients.
Originally from Catskill, New York, Amy has made Colorado her home since 1994, after graduating from SUNY Binghamton in upstate New York. She and her husband, Tony (originally from Omaha, Nebraska) have two children, one of whom aspires to be a house builder and the other a "house seller".

Jenny Johnson left her hometown of Seattle, Washington in the fall of 1998 for a "short" stay with her older brother in Breckenridge. Her "short" stay turned into a month long visit. Jenny then decided this was where she belonged and put her roots down in Alma. Jenny considers herself to be our Alma area expert as she has lived and owned here since the year 2000! Jenny feels she knows our area like the back of her own hand. Being a down to earth people person is a personality trait that Jenny takes great pride in. Her straight forward, honest approach combined with her realistic view point will make your next purchase or sale an easy and comfortable one! Leslie Rhyner, a Special Education teacher most recently from the Chicago area, tops off our group as our wonderful Assistant. Having maintained many classrooms for all different age groups and ability levels, we feel she is well qualified to maintain a busy real estate office! Her communication and organizational skills are tremendous assets not only in keeping the office’s wheels turning, but also in the day to day operations that accompany this business and our transactions.
